The  registration fee is inclusive of visa processing if required, dinner reception on 22 October, teas and lunches for 2 days and conference materials.
 
Registration fees are as follows:
 
USD100 (EARLY BIRD from 15 July – 31 August 2009)
USD150 (from 1 September – 20 October  2009)
USD200 (On site registration)

Please send your registration fee through inter-bank fund transfer to VASS.

VISA

VASS will process visa for all conference participants. Please check if you will require visa to travel to Vietnam. TRAVEL GRANT APPLICATION
 
 
The conference organizer has set aside a limited sum of travel grant to support conference participants. They are available on a competitive basis.
 
Details of the travel grant are as follows:
 
-waiver of registration fees
-hotel accommodation on a shared basis
-transport subsidy ranging from USD50 to USD250 depending on country
 
Graduate students and junior scholars from Southeast Asian countries and studying in Southeast Asian universities will be given priorities in the travel grant application. Vietnamese graduate students and scholars who are residing in Hanoi will only be considered for waiver of registration fee.
 
Applicants for travel grant should register by 31 July 2009 and indicate that they want to be considered for the grant. Successful applicants will be notified by email on 15 August 2009)
